Fundraisers
Many thousands of dedicated volunteers from all walks of life give their time and talents to raise funds for the RNLI.
There are over 1,000 community fundraising groups throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. Centered around friendship and fun, they help raise funds to save lives at sea and give members a rewarding sense of achievement.
Every year thousands of ordinary people get involved in all sorts of activities to boost funds. Some take part in regional RNLI events and some organise their own fundraising activities including concerts, sponsored running events, coffee mornings and even head shaving!
