James and Oliver Phelps - Actors

James and Oliver, who play Fred and George Weasley, first supported the RNLI by taking part in the Artemis Challenge, a race around the Isle of Wight during Cowes Week 2009.

James and Oliver have continued to support the charity since, raising awareness of the RNLI's biggest fundraising day, RNLI SOS Day and also undertaking their own fundraising challenge.

Along with co-star, Rupert Grint, James and Oliver took part in the Barmy to Barcelona Wacky Rally in 2010 in a car which boasted the familiar RNLI livery, as well as their very own mascot, Steven Seagull!

Rather than a leaky cauldron, the car suffered a leaky radiator but the trio successfully completed the rally and raised a huge amount of awareness for the charity in addition to some fantastic donations.

James and Oliver returned to Cowes in the summer of 2010 to again take part in the Artemis Challenge and were pleased to accept the winning cheque off RNLI supporter, skipper Mike Golding.
