The RNLI’s Standard terms and conditions of purchase apply to the Institution’s contracts with suppliers.  From time to time we review our Standard terms and conditions of purchase, so it is always advisable to check with this site to ensure you are referring to the latest version.

The RNLI has more specialised contracts which apply, for example, in cases relating to bespoke products, training or services.  Where we agree these may be more appropriate to your situation, a copy will be provided.
