Safety bulletin for Crewsaver Crewfit and Survivor lifejackets

Owners of Crewsaver Crewfit and Survivor inflatable lifejackets manufactured 12 or more years ago are alerted to a safety bulletin issued by Crewsaver.

The safety bulletin states that these automatically operated lifejackets, if manufactured prior to 1997 and if fitted with the specified head, require a replacement component as the one fitted is considered to be at the end of its usable life.
