Rowing was incredibly popular this year! Using rowing machines, supporters in Poole, Dover, Gateshead and Weston-super-Mare – to name but a few of the events– rowed hundreds of miles in support of RNLI SOS Day!
Students Offering Support
Students from South Tyneside College are regular RNLI supporters and came up trumps yet again with their stunning SOS Day photography event.

Lytham Promenade Orchestra entertained shoppers and raised £111 for SOS.

This fantastic lunchtime body combat exercise class raised £162.07.

RNLI crew members from Chiswick and Teddington cycled for 32-hours non-stop and raised over £10,000.

SOS in Dungeness!
RNLI volunteer crew members at Dungeness lifeboat station raised over £2,000 where activities included washing cars, cycling for 24 hours and rowing a 1909 lifeboat!

St Leonards Offers Support
White Witch Kevin Carlyon from St Leonards held a tarot day and raised £200.62.
Share Our Soup
Bembridge supporters raised over £1,300 from a variety of fundraising events, including sales of their very own soup recipe book!

Stormforce member Andrew Martin and his family held a coffee morning at home and raised £169.
Sink Our Ships
Staff and customers at Sainsbury’s in Wareham, Dorset, raised £153 with their Sink Our Ships game.
