With Christmas just a distant memory and all those New Year's resolutions to stick to, why not give everyone's fitness regimes a helping hand by organising a sporting challenge? It needn't be too strenuous, unless you want it to be!

  • Stepping Out Strong: what about a lunchtime sponsored walk, with refreshments at the finish line?
  • Saunter On Sunday: gather together some family and friends for a weekend stroll, followed by tea and cakes, or a healthier option if you prefer!
  • Serious Over Soccer: organise a football tournament or, if that's a bit too energetic, charge your mates for a great night in and invite them round to watch the match!
  • Stop Or Start: get sponsored to give up those unhealthy habits (Sponsor Our Slim!) or get together with a group of friends to start a new activity that you can use as a basis for your fundraising.
