Swanage Crew
Coxswain - Martin Steeden
Martin joined the crew in January 1977 and became Coxswain in Nov 2000. He is a self-employed carpenter working in and around Swanage.
2nd Coxswain - Robert Aggas
Rob joined the crew in Jan 1990. He works for the RNLI at their HQ in Poole as the Trials Officer.
Mechanic/Dep 2nd Cox - Dave Turnbull
Dave joined the crew in Dec 1992 when the station was looking for more crew to man the new D Class lifeboat that came into service in the spring of 1993. As time went by he moved up to ILB Helm, ILB Senior Helm, 3rd Mechanic, 2nd Mechanic and finally Station Mechanic in Feb 2002.
