    Appledore is due to get a new inshore lifeboat this Summer, to be named after Baron Glanely, the great-uncle of local RNLI President Bill Gibson.

    A full-size statue of a donkey, painted by a local artist, was presented to a local caravan business who in return have donated £300 to Weston-super-Mare RNLI.
