    About this station

    North Berwick of one of seven lifeboat stations operating a lifeboat funded by viewers of the BBC television programme Blue Peter. Over the last 100 years the crews have been honoured with three RNLI awards for gallantry and three Blue Peter gold badges.

      A former Olympian PATRICK WINTERTON and former British kayaking champion MICK BERWICK will attempt to make the first kayak crossing from Scotland to the Faroe Islands unsupported in June. Few have tried, no one, as yet, has succeeded.
