Skegness Crew
Alan Fisher.
Lifeboat operations Manager. (LOM). - Alan is responsible for the general running of the station, he is the first point of contact when the lifeboats are requested to launch. Alan has been connected with the Lifeboats at Skegness for a long time, before taking up the role of LOM, Alan was in charge of the local coastguard units, working alongside the lifeboat for many years. He lives locally and works as a self employed Carpenter / Joiner.

John Irving
ALB Coxswain / Mechanic. - John lives in Skegness with his wife Susan, he has two adult children Nicola and Michael, Michael is a Helmsman on the Skegness ILB. John has been working for the RNLI since October 1985.

Ray Chapman (Chappy)
ALB second Coxswain. - Ray is the longest serving operational member of the Skegness Lifeboat, joining in March 1971. Ray is the general manager of the Fantasy Island Theme park at Ingoldmells.
Ian Johnson.
ALB Assistant Mechanic. - Ian lives locally in Skegness and owns a local specialist spring making company, He has been of the crew at Skegness for over 20 years now, Ian's son Stephen is also a member of the Skegness Crew.

Richard Watson.
ALB Deputy Second Coxswain. - Watty has been on the crew at Skegness since December 1986. He lives in Skegness with Wife Sandra.

David Sellers. (Wiggy)
ALB Second Assistant Mechanic. - Wiggy has been on the crew at Skegness since May 1992, he runs his own joinery business, aswell as running a popular seaside food outlet with Partner Ronnie.

Brian Porter.
ALB Crew. - Brian has been on the crew at skegness for the last 32 years, he works in the Skegness area as a window cleaner. Brians son james is also on the crew at Skegness.
Peter Price.
ALB Crew and ILB Helmsman. - Pete lives locally in Skegness and works as a contract manager for a Skegness based marine electrical company. Pete also runs his own electrical business in the local area. Pete has been on the crew at Skegness for the last 8 years.

Gavin Abbott.
ALB Crew.ILB Helmsman. - Gavin is a bricklayer by trade and undertakes all types of building work in the local area, Gavin has been on the crew at Skegness for 13 years, He is married to wife Sarah and has one son, Joshua.

Dean Sumner. (Deano)
ALB Crew / ILB Helmsman. - Deano lives in Skegness and works locally as an engineer.
Richard Harrison. (Billy)
ILB Crew. - Billy lives locally in Skegness with wife katie and three children, he has been on the crew for a year, Billy runs his own business 'RH Installations' fitting upvc windows, doors and conservatories, in the Skegness and surrounding areas.
Luke Pieniak.
ILB Crew. - Luke lives in Skegness with father Mike who is a Helmsman on the Skegness ILB, his Brother Joe is also crew on the ILB. Luke is planning to join the British Army in the next few months. Luke has been on the crew for the last 4 years.

Mike Pieniak.
ALB Crew. - Mike lives locally in Skegness and works for the local council, Mike has been on the crew for almost four years and is responsible for the maintenance of the inshore lifeboat. Both of Mike's sons Luke and Joe are also members of the Skegness Lifeboat crew.

Joe Pieniak.
ILB Crew. - Joe lives in Skegness with Partner Alison, He works for a local engineering company and has been on the crew for the last four years.
Lee St Quinton.
Helmsman / ILB Mechanic. - Lee lives in Skegness with partner Laura, he works locally in Skegness, Lee has been on the crew for 2 Years now, Lee is also responsible for the Skegness lifeboat websites.

James Porter.
ILB Crew. - James is currently away from Skegness completing his basic Army training, james lives in Skegnss with father Brian who is also on the Lifeboat Crew.

Michael Irving.
ILB Helmsman / ALB Crew - Michael lives close to the lifeboat station in Skegness, he works as a PE teacher in a secondary school, He has been on the crew for 4 years, Michaels father John, is the current Coxswain/Mechanic on the Skegness ALB.
Will Watson.
ILB Crew. - Will is a local publican, he lives in Addlethorpe with wife Melanie and two children , Will has a rigid fundraising schedule throughout the summer at his family pub. Will has been on the crew for almost two years now.

Mathew Jackson.
ILB Helmsman / ALB Crew - Matt lives in Skegness with Partner Vicky, He works locally for a civil engineering contractor.
Stephen Johnson.
ILB Crew. - Stephen has been on the crew at skegness since reaching the minimum age of 17, Following in his fathers footsteps, joining the lifeboat came naturally to Stephen, Stephen is a student at the local grammer school and plans to move away to university in the near future.
Tony Kelly.
Helmsman. - Tony has been on the crew for 2 1/2 years now, he lives locally in Skegness with his wife Lee, Tony works as a Business Manager, Supervising the running of a number of local public houses in Skegness and the surrounding area.
Nick Preston.
ILB Crew. - Nick has been on the crew now for just over a year, he lives locally in Skegness and works as a project worker.
Ned Kelly.
ILB Crew. - Ned lives locally in Skegness with wife Cherry, he runs his own plumbing business after recently leavin the RAF. Ned has been on the crew for almost one year.
Gemma Whelan
ILB Crew - Gemma has recently joined the crew Skegness, Gemma works in Ingoldmells on the Butlins Family Entertainment site. Both of Gemma's parents work closely with the lifeboat being local coastgaurds.

Amy Cobble
ILB Crew - Amy is the newest member at the Lifeboat station, Amy is currently undergoing her initial training as an ILB crew member.

Trevor Holland
Head Launcher. - Trev is in charge of the Launch and recovery of the Lifeboats during both service, and training launches. Trev joined the Skegness Lifeboat officially in 1979, but was around long before, as his father Ken Holland, was Coxswain of the ALB for almost 20 years until 1985, when he retired from the lifeboat. Trev is also the crew representative, reserve deputy launch authority and supervises the maintenance of all launching equipment, Overall a very busy Chap.

Steve Jackson
Launcher / Tallus driver. - Steve has been attached to the Skegness Lifeboat for the last ten years, he lives locally with wife Liz, He works in the surrounding area as a Plant Manager. Steve's son Matt is also connected with the Skegness Lifeboat, in the role of ILB Helmsman.

Tim Waite
Launcher / Tallus Driver.

Charlie Tibble (Chaz)
ILB Launcher/Tallus Driver. - After a long service in the RAF Chaz retuned to Skegness with wife Sue and two children Emma and Becky. Chaz works locally for the Police Force. The general upkeep and maintenance of the ILB Launching Tractor is down to Chaz.
