Cycling


Cycling is an excellent form of exercise that can tone you up and improve strength and stamina. It can also make you feel good and is fun, especially when taking part in a mass-participation challenge with lots of others who help keep you motivated.

With a variety of cycling distances, dates and venues to choose from, we've something for everyone. So, register now, get sponsored and help save lives at sea!

Sponsorship raised from any of the above cycling events will help train and equip the RNLI's 4,800 volunteer crew members throughout the UK and RoI. With annual running costs of around £147.7M, and remaining independent of Government, we depend on donations and sponsorship to continue our lifesaving work.
