Admiralty leisure is a long-term supporter of the RNLI and has sponsored offshore news for the past four years. Offshore news is the RNLI’s magazine for those of its supporters who are water users. With a readership of about fifty thousand, offshore news provides authoritative safety advice and information as well as a chance for members to learn from each others experiences.
Admiralty leisure also sponsor the navigation section of the RNLI’s skippers handbook. The handbook provides lots of useful information on weather, seamanship, navigation, emergencies, first aid and mechanics for all sea users.

Admiralty leisure’s long-term strategy fits tightly with the sea safety team at the RNLI. In 2006 we worked together to produce a ‘safetychecklist card’ that has been distributed in a wide range of leisure charts. This handy card included a skipper’s checklist and the RNLI top 5 sea safety tips.
